Wouldn't you think that they would need to get land owners native and pastoral on board and publicly confirm the viability of SE first?
Iam aware that Peter was up in Townsville a few months ago.....
Its definitely a dance of the 7 vales, now that they have the confidence of the Qld government you'd think there may be a bit of lube to get things crak a lackin when the ducks line up!
