    Yeah, all of that and more.

    What is needed is clearly set out in the Application.

    I believe that the case is that either SPQ is a long way off from being able to apply or it won't apply.

    That being so. either it won't be able to get an income from SE for a long time even if it applied for a mining licence now, or it won't get an income at all

    So, what's up Doc!?
