So why hasn't Dr Rowins stated this and what he thinks is a possible strategy? Surely that would be legal under the ASX guidelines and would give, Insto's, SH's and Sophs alike more to be positive about. The fact he has been here for 8+ months and not provided any type of updated theory, yet again does nothing for the stock.
