Morning everyone.
Im assuming that when they say gross margin of %40 that this would be the cost of producing plus transport, vs sale price? Would the commissions for sales people also be included in this?
Doing some calculations to see how much revenue would be need to break even.
If it just production and transport then this qtr our gross profit was 653k on our sales of 1.634m.
VTI current expenditures minus production and transport is 2.55m a qtr. Which means we would need to increase sales by 4 x current sales to break even without having any additional expenditures. That puts us at 6.4m a qtr to break even.
Is it just me that thinks this is not possible in 7 qtr of cash left or am i doing my maths wrong?
