Spent $287K in marketing with only $79 K of receipts for product...

Spent $287K in marketing with only $79 K of receipts for product for the quarter , that is not a good look , over $1M in staff costs and admin costs for the quarter also
Last year they expected sales in the late part of CY18 from the USA its now half way through CY19 , where are the sales ?
My sentiment is now sell even if I think the products are great ,I feel the company has serious issues with its USA marketing to date which have not been addressed in the update.
And how could the company have allowed this situation to eventuate ?
