and that's fair enough. Absolutely. So why not report that? Something like:
"Because of COVID 54% of contracted sleep clinics were closed for at least 2 months, whilst in another 32% were closed for at least 1 month"

Or if they don't have those figures, they must at least have figures on the percentage of centres they absolved from their contractual requirements, or didn't meet contractual requirements.

The good thing about reporting bad figures is that we can then discern how much of OVNs poor results are permanent, and we can extrapolate the actual receipts receive into a picture of roughly what the business would like without or post covid.
