They have been operating in Canada throughout this time as well, but the evidence suggests that they are not getting sales there. Lets not also forget that they failed to get traction in Australia too, in spite of some very favourable support from relevant TV channels.
Without any direct knowledge of the product, we can only surmise its true marketability via the numbers that filter through to us every few months, as well as the indications from management and board decisions. The 5% growth off of the low base indicate to me that, on the balance, the product as a whole is pointing towards a fail in this regard.
I think the recent decisions from the board, as well as some of the larger investors who have no doubt been approached recently, show that there is also serious doubt amongst those with better knowledge of the product than us too.
