Florida wil be the litmus test imo. Population similar to Australia but with 3 times the amount of active agents and a very very active realestate market. If they can't do it there they likely won't do it in the US. I'd say there is a fair chance once Florida and Cali have shown that the metrics work globally. RMY will have its day. Still waiting for that day though
