    Upon reflection, it is an inaccurate analogue, because the real ocean is constant in size and fish numbers are in decline.

    In DSE's case, accelerating rate of technological change, along with heightening risks to IT systems' security, is increasing the size of the "ocean" in which DSE swims. At the same time, new little fishees are constantly entering that growing "ocean".
