yeah I liked the business
just not the management or board
Asked them once what they were doing to help the share price
answer was literally we don’t care about the share price in the short term!
it’s simply a family run business
until they get star - the founder out it won’t ever be taken seriously - family’s control is too scary- CEO is Stars daughter!
related shareholders are friendly to management
land is owned by star - company rents from him
get out is my honest view - it’s not investible
