EVM management know they have to produce these things every 3 months you would have thought that they would be chasing the numbers to make sure they meet these commitments. Its a bit of a joke...

Unless...

There's been a large cash payment made that needs to be shown in that quarter that the accountants weren't aware of until last minute.

The US tax year ends in December does it. Perhaps the US accountants have been busy with other businesses.
