No it is not enough. They need to cut staff costs as well. Project these figures for another four quarters. Imagine if the share price is still suppressed because of the poor sentiment. 1.5 million for staff and admin cost a quarter. That’s 6 million a year. Raising 6 million at say 25 cents a share would result in 24 million shares being issued. Naturally we’d have to raise more for exploration costs and all that other things that need to be done.
massive dilution. Staff costs need to be trimmed significantly.
