No - guessing conversion mineral resource to ore reserve is extremelly hard, harder for underground compared to an open pit (mine design more complicated), and harder for areas where it has previously been mined. You really need the model (or build a geological model), particularly if ore bodies are more complicated.
Foster has effectively three different areas - 85H, Warren and Foster South making it a harder still as conversion would differ differently for each. Finally, understanding upfrot capital cost for Foster is the final bit I can't guess at.
