You would probably start with a question regarding non-disclosure of the changes in circumstances regarding toll agreements at Big Springs. In particular, when did it become uneconomical to proceed with the tolling agreement held with Jerrit, and when did the circumstances surrounding the tolling agreement with JC change the economics of Big Springs to the point that it was more favorable to sell the project rather than continue on.

Great post, there seems to be holes in their answer everywhere, I asked them directly why BS is being divested and guess what , no answer to my email. This mob are as low as you can get, tell us its all go cancel it out and wont reply to a reasonable SH question. I did also ask if they sleep well at night. In the scale of things my investment was not huge but important to me, but what do you do here, start paying lawyers to look into it? I don't have more money to loose I'm afraid so these clowns get away with it , I'm sure they would still be pulling their salaries thou
