Can someone explain to me how a company that boasts being a Tier 1 Nickel Producer on par with the likes of BHP is still sitting at 41c 24hours prior to a major PFS being delivered.

My concern is that a broker is on the know here, purely speculation but the SP behavior is indicating that the market smells a cap raise. If a major share holder was going to tip their hat in we should be sitting in the 50's or 60's not struggling to get through 40c. There has been little to no speculative money (traders) on this stock leading into a company making announcement.

BTW I understand what other companies have done etc just identifying reasons for this current SP action or lack there of.
