Less then 3 qtrs of funding available so projected spend going forward indicates a cap raise on the back of the UBU PFS. This will no doubt subdue any spike in the SP unless it is taken care of by the 2nd major share holder and announced simultaneously. Market knows this and hence why the SP is stagnant, all comes down to what Scotty has planned.
If Scott takes this to a broker(s) then the SP is screwed till Dec tbh.
