I'm not trying to downramp, because if you look at the latest quarterly activities report, it clearly shows progress in terms of revenues over the last 5 years (I think pg2), but objectively, the same can't be said about cashflow (pg3). That to me does not say 'sustainable' business.

Yes there have been many issues in that period impacting that cashflow - covid, supply chain, cost challenges, and recently paying for the acquisitions, but management more so than shareholders should be very aware of their environment they are in and not be shocked when the broader market has a panic attack when they perceive the business to be skating too close to the edge.

Perhaps Gerard can turn this around, but many (incl me) have thought the dire cashflow and profitability situation has been quite clear for some time......the hope is that mgmt see it too and react appropriately (but then again, that should have been 3-4 quarters ago).
