I don't agree with most of them.
The pipeline one seemed to be claimed as fact by the poster with an anecdote as the "evidence". It was simple to show it was unsupported by the facts. Based on that, you judge for yourself the veracity of the other points.
By the way, the ASX asked Spectur to explain the pipelines, which they did, and has subsequently allowed them to be included in every report.
