gosh, after listening to this webinar, I am so much more excited than earlier in the week.
Gerard warmed up during the call and answered all my questions (and in fact many of the questions posted on HC) even before we got to the Q&A. He also answered the question I asked during the Q&A brilliantly.
-key points/nuggets that I mentioned this morning and got confirmed during the call:

1) 3CT acquisition occurred 17th February 2023. Revenue currently run-rating at approximately $100k/month (recurring) not accounted for in Q3
2) Spectur NZ fully acquired on 17th March 2023. Q3 YTD FY23revenue ($NZ97k, +54% vs Q3 YTD FY22) not accounted for in Q3
3) even without the above $5.3m ARR, which is lower than the MC
4) Pipeline at historic high levels, but some delays have shifted contract awards and led to subdued March.
5) Spectur NZ unweighted pipeline $830k (31 March 2023)• April sales pipeline (not reported) includes combined Spectur /3CT opportunities and growth/ conversion in Spectur NZ.
6) Majority of Optus extension (95% as revealed during the Q&A) not included in sales but remains in pipeline until purchase orders received.

All of the above points to Q4 going to be cracker in terms of revenues.

7) Gerard said it for the first time, proud and loud, SP3 is massively undervalued regardless of what metric one uses

my only negative is Reach. As I said before, I am not sure they are the right outfit for what needs to be done. Christian asked the main questions well and Gerard nailed it during the Q&A (including capital management) but how many analysts were on the call? I will definitely share the recording within my circles but ideally Reach would do that for us?
Apart from that, well done Gerard and SP3! Given what happened earlier in the week, perfect webinar/comeback and I am optimistic again (I am known to be very critical).
