This business has so much potential but it's sadly being squandered. There are undoubtedly some good things happening but they're being achieved entirely at our expense. Maybe five years ago listed companies could get away with this but the economic landscape has changed and it's a losing strategy in 2023.

One thing is certain: Spectur cannot endure another capital raise. Our MD has already used up his credibility and completely exhausted investors' goodwill.

I'd encourage all holders to start making some noise. Contact the board. Push for change. Sign in to the presentation next week and submit questions / feedback. Make it absolutely clear that further dilution is unacceptable.

If Gerard can't turn this cash flow positive after more than three years at the helm, it's time we find someone who can.
