On the face of it, it looks like a half decent result but receipts and revenues are not significantly unchanged from last quarter and it appears that its really a reduction in payment for product that is helping (and is that a true reduction in CoGS or delayed purchasing of components).
Taking out ~650k in costs (20% of spectur headcount) is pretty significant so I want to applaud them for doing this, but it does not necessarily point to a growing business (again receipts are flat QoQ and so are revenues), but rather proactively addressing their cash position.
The narrative to me seems positive on sales (targeting larger clients......why only now??), but again those big deals need to get booked adn the revenues/cashflow recognised
