The funny looking guy flailing his hands like an inflatable car salesman pretty much nailed it. Consultants give you advice and leave it to you to decide what to do. My dad had a career in it and whenever I asked him for advice on anything his first question was always "well, that depends on what you want". I didn't understand his approach at the time, just like crabpest doesn't understand it now.
