A capital investment deal? I'm not sure what anyone would be investing in here, Its an exploration company that hasn't found anything of consequence, that's not an easy sell. I'm not sure Adam has too many options down here, they're almost out of cash. They need more cash to explore, and there's only one sure fire way of getting cash. That's why they are publicly listed.
