ive concluded this for 2 reasons.
1- They don't appear to be doing anything else.
2- I'd they aren't doing this then they have utterly lost the plot, because to turn around now, after no news, no reason for anyone to invest in the short term, and to try raise capital at this share price, with 800k or less in the bank, is just stupid, beyond stupid, it's incomprehensible that they would do a cap raise from this position that they have put us in.

Its an exploration company that hasn't found anything of consequence, that's not an easy sell.
I'm not sure Adam has too many options down here, they're almost out of cash.
They need more cash to explore, and there's only one sure fire way of getting cash.
That's why they are publicly listed.
