    Yeah I doubt they sabotaged it intentionally either. They seem to have just played their cards very very poorly. They were bragging a while back about being approached by multiple suitors wanting to invest capital. We will never know what terms they were offering back then, but I'm quite positive that no one is offering superior deal to this now that the sp is a fraction of the price.
