    I still firmly believe MAG were in negotiations with partners.

    Big question for me, is why did the partner settle with their spin off AGC ?

    Better grounds or prospects ?
    Better management team (non shared) ?

    Time will tell. Safe play is to hedge against both. Still a buyer of MAG at these levels, though accumulating same with AGC.
