1/ We DO NOT KNOW how much is left to spend and whether a CR is DEFINITELY required to complete the feasibility study. You can GUESS all you like, but it is
not necessarily a FACT. THAT was my simple point and it stands.
2/ Don't backpedal now rob, after doubling down on this prior. YOU stated that they "can do whatever they want". Again, a statement of fact that is
NOT NECESSARILY true. Work on your comprehension of key concepts and language.
The company stated very clearly that
"ATL has agreed to place its shares into a 12-month standstill period"
YOU pointed to a note regarding escrow (lack of) as evidence that ATL "can do whatever they want" wrt their holding.
NOT necessarily the case.
Escrow (third party) is NOT NECESSARILY required for such a restriction. It is but ONE mechanism that can be adopted in such circumstances.
Your are indeed pushing a FUD narrative (making negative/pessimistic statements of fact that are not necessarily facts), based on poor comprehension. Or is it deliberate?

It's easily remedied btw, just add "I think ....xyz based on ...ABC" instead of pushing your opinions and guesses as facts. What is it about this that you do not understand????
