I noted what the company STATED - that ATL had agreed to a 12-month standstill. That IS an agreement, although the specific detail of its form is still unknown. I also noted that the supposed "proof" that you have provided, does NOT actually CONFIRM that there is not an agreement in place.
Detail matters. Simple.
