More garbage -- "ATL has agreed to place its shares into a 12-month standstill period", these are simply jibber jabba words from AGY and NO agreement was published to the ASX !!
Since the equities were not in "voluntary escrow", ATL hold (or held) their own shares. They are free to do whatever they like with them and there is nothing AGY can do about it. A fairly simple concept that seems to be beyond your comprehension.
Please ATL don't sell your shares in AGY - because if you do, there is nothing we (AGY) can do about it. Earth to @GCar - that is the purpose of escrow
