    what did we expect with 190 volunteers on the books, its irresponsible to spend so much on employees when we dont even have an operational plant, thats on Pablo and JZ for letting it go on for so long

    so much spending and a cr at 5% to cover the cost

    us shareholders paid heavily for gross mismanagement
