One can also ask who / why the buying? Average volumes have been on the increase for a number of days now, accumulation on the cheap.
Based on past records, AR is at best good for raising about $4M a year to keep the lights on. Desperately needs a new boss around here, maybe parachute someone from SAR now that the merger's done.
