Agreed. Get rid of Ed, Ian and Fink then this company stands a chance. I said this before...these three are well known for destroying companies. They love their salaries and fees but they have never ever found oil in any significant amount to write home about. You know what they are good at apart from taking home big paychecks...they are good at finding water.
