It is indeed a waiting game. I made a decent return when I sold out of the bulk of my position at 40 cents +....... but bought back in (too early) 18 months ago at current prices. The oil price has risen significantly in recent months and the Italian acreage now looks much more interesting - but we still need a deal to realise a premium to cash.
If they fail to execute, the Peters will lose more than most. Get on with it chaps! Tempus fugit.
