I don't think there is any doubt that a CR is coming - I just hope it comes after a nice spike in the SP on the pending (hopefully) good news re : Mr Borgs investigation to make it occur at a higher SP.
The only way I see them avoiding a nearterm CR is if one of these interest CTL parties comes to the table and offers us lots of $$$
The other thing to remember is that a CR is not a bad thing if it is done to drill the heck out of our Li tenement or something else that promotes the SP and the long term quality of the company for us shareholders
