I don't think they need to rush it but it's definitely hanging over our heads. They have Phase I funded. Phase II is the issue, imo and they have 12 months for that. So we may not have a raise until early next year and then it depends on whether or not they sell or get a partner for their OHD business. Raising capital or not might be an indication of how confident they are in one of the OHD deals working out. However, the initial results from Phase I might also provide an opportune moment.
