? A consolidation doesn't mean the NF gets paid more money. A consolidation means the number of shares reduces by a ratio and the price per share theoretically should increase proportionally so that market cap (price per share x number of shares issued) stays the same.
The only ones that get paid due to a consolidation are the external lawyers and bankers who do the admin work of the consolidation.
