The thing is, no one "needs" AGY's processing IP. AGY are not doing anything new and revolutionary. People are putting far too much value on it.
Before all the cheerleaders get their pompoms out to wave in the air with anger about that last sentence - note I said far too much value, not that it has no value at all.
