Livent's Fenix operation at Hombre Muerto produces ~20ktpa of lithium carbonate per year. Regardless, there are so many other things that contribute to Livent's market cap valuation, none of which have anything to do with "IP".
You've plucked a $1b "IP valuation" out of thin air, with no justification at all.
