In fact, the N/A in section 8.7 means we have a net cash inflow. I think you misunderstand cashflows and businesses, which I don't blame you for. But I would recommend you read up on it all! Sounds like you're pretty serious in investing, and it's an important aspect. Just to keep it simple for you though: A $6.4 mill loan this quarter does not mean a $6.4 mill running cost every quarter. I highlighted that key takeaway for you, as there's a lot in this reply and I don't want you to struggle with all the info!
