The tone and wording definitely sounds positive, with the Sojitz offtake sounding confident like its almost imminent. Finance is a mixed bag for me, given what we know this activities merely rehashed what the IER ann said 2 months ago, no further update here other than that ann feeling of confidence. Does anyone know if PWC has received the application? The reality is we just don't know if it's still be being prepared (I hope not), currently being assessed by PWC, or if it has gone to the IMC for preliminary approval, unless someone knows something I don't. I'm not trying to worry anyone, I still feel we will get there, it just may take another month or 2. All in all I read it as a positive ann and we are moving forward with "firm sales agreements" -> that's how you say ROW without saying non-chinese .
