Seems to be a lot of analysis of the wording etc. In light of this discussion direction what do the punters make of the wording "Kibaran progresses towards final offtake deal"?

The logical take is this is the final offtake for intial production to secure buyers for 100% output of 40-44ktpa only. Personally it's a poor choice of wording when by year 3 we will be looking at scaling up production to 80ktpa, hence need to find further offtakes again which we should already be looking for presently if we are forward planning? Clearly the statement is exclusive of Merelani and Epanko's production output ramp up, and not inferring these are no longer in the pipeline so no more buyers needed.

But really, why say final it's gives both positive and negative connotations at the same time.

Alternatively the positive spin is current offtakers have indicated they will absorb any increased output in circa 3 years time and beyond?

An aside or perhaps related - from the 25/5/16 investor presentation was "Discussion with further strategic partnerships well advanced". Logical conclusion now is that these aren't related to offtakes. Who are these partnerships with?
