There has been Japanese Trade Missions recently to East Africa incl Tanzania of course. Japan is "connected" to Uber Alles in Tech Development, too. I expect Chris Frey is consulting with Sojitz un der commercial confidentiality terms. I'm a bit "concerned" with a plan for a spherical plant in Dar el Salaam, technical workers employment available? but they'll know more than a ratbag like me on such matters.
