Thats terrible commentary and wrong. What you're taking about is called a wash sale and its tax evasion. It's this sort of quality commentary that gets people into trouble. If you don't know the legislation, you shouldnt post and my advice is always consult with with an accountant and never take trading or tax advice from a place like this..
