I don't know anything in depth about NOR so I apologize if this is off base but in ZIP quarterly they noted the successful lodgement of an R&D tax refund for their development costs and realised 45% back on that. Those monies then feed back into more R&D meaning the money really stretches far and avoids a raising. I assume such a move is on NORs radar also?
