Exposure and awareness is important and that's where the downloads come in. Now NOR are converting that brand awareness into deals with telcos - an unexpected path, but still a potentially lucrative one. Hanging everything on revenue for a tech start up is a not a good way to value a company - none of those other free apps make any real money yet no one would suggest they are worthless. It's like saying Uber is worthless because it doesn't make a profit.
