The problem though, is that there just isn't enough of those paying to use it. Those big players has a massive first mover advantage and the little guys are just left to pick up little crumbs. And by the look of the quarterly those little crumps so far seems very expensive. If they are still spending massive amounts of money with downloads slowing down then you know the adoption isn't working - at least it isn't getting to a critical mass whereby the growth can sustain itself without big marketing spend.
The problem though, is that there just isn't enough of those...
