Brent - PO has said the company has funds for "non discretionary overheads" which can last a long time. Ask yourself how long could NORs cash last if they dropped the advertising and spend and stopped spending on other non-essential items? Long enough to negotiate their deals through to completion? Maybe that's why he is relaxed.
I don't think that they will be bankrupt in 10 weeks at all. Extrapolating the current cash burn rate in a linear fashion is a plainly flawed assumption. Just my opinion.
