That is the dilemma. The longer they wait and if no rabbit, the sp grinds lower because nobody buys knowing the CR is coming at a discount to the sp. And they can't really go below $500k cash without risking insolvent trading.
On the other hand, more time gives PO a chance to announce a game changer.
I'm my view - if they don't already have a deal on the table ready to sign, do the CR now.
