I reckon a deal will be signed in May with Vietnam Telco. With turnover of this Telco in the billions, this will make NOR's share price pop to at least 0.18c/share. Whether you get in at 0.04 or lower is irrelevant. The price will begin to creep up thru May until an announcement is made. It wont take long now IMO.
