"Why would they "sell and buy in quickly"?
I can think of one reason.
Anyone holding at a substantial loss on NOR might wish to sell to consolidate losses to write off against profits already claimed in 2015-16 on other stocks.... then buy back to maintain exposure
in the stock while beginning a new cycle (parcel) at a lower price.
Many will wish to sell to consolidate losses on paper.... some will still want back in to NOR.
